Where we are not legally restrained from doing so we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the event that we are required to provide your personal information to third parties as part of legal process.

4. Your Data Rights

4.1 You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to retain your Data at any point. Upon receipt of your instruction to delete your Data WebReactive will terminate your access to the Web Site and delete your Data after 180 days (the 180 day retention period is to enable WebReactive to respond to any Court authorised request from government or law enforcement officials for its disclosure).

4.2 You have the right to query our collection, retention or use of your Data with the nominated Data Controller at WebReactive Limited (email: DataController@WebReactive.co.uk).

4.3 You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our collection, retention or use of your Data with the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
