1.0 Introduction
Please read these Terms ("Terms") carefully as they detail the terms and conditions for enrolment and continued inclusion within the PMP Affiliate Marketing Scheme ("PMP Affiliate Scheme") and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This agreement will commence once your application to join the PMP Affiliate Scheme has been accepted by PromoteMyPlace.com and will cease when your enrolment within the PMP Affiliate Scheme is terminated by either party.
These Terms may be updated or changed from time to time. Registered affiliates will be informed of any changes to the Terms via notification directed to their registered email address. If you find any of the changes unacceptable, you must terminate your inclusion within the PMP Affiliate Scheme.
The terms "affiliate," "you", and "your" refer to you, the affiliate."PMP", "we" and "our" refer to PromoteMyPlace.com. "Customer" refers to a user of the PMP Website Building Service.
2.0 Copyright Protection
Material, techniques, software and content supplied to you as part of your inclusion within the PMP Affiliate Scheme is copyright protected. Other than using it for the express intention of ethically securing additional customers for PMP the material, techniques, software and content may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of PMP.
3.0 Commission
For each website published by a Customer introduced by you during the period of your inclusion within the PMP Affiliate Scheme you will receive commission from PMP equating to 30% of the irrevocably committed payments from Customer for first year publication of their website less any additional financial incentive you have chosen to apply to your promotional offer code used by Customer (£10 discount from the published price for PMP services is offered by PMP, at your discretion you may choose to increase this discount).
4.0 Payment
Payment of commission to you is made monthly. The minimum payment amount is £20. If your commission due is less than the £20 minimum payment then the commission due will be carried forward and included in the payment calculation for the following month. Payment of commission due is made free of charge in Pounds Sterling to UK bank accounts. Where payment is required in currency other than Pounds Sterling or to non-UK banks you are liable for any financial transaction charges incurred.
5.0 Adherence to PMP Good Practices
All Affiliates are expected to adhere to PMP's policy of ethical marketing. Affiliate will not participate in any promotion which would be in conflict with PMP's ethical stance e.g. misleading marketing or mass unsolicited emailing. Any violation of this policy will result in your inclusion with the PMP Affiliate Scheme being immediately terminated.
6.0 Termination
You may terminate your inclusion within the PMP Affiliate Scheme at any time by giving us notice by letter or email.
You agree that if, at our sole discretion, you have breached any of these Terms we may terminate your association with the PMP Affiliate Scheme without notice.
Following termination of your enrolment within the PMP Affiliate Scheme we will immediately cease acceptance of all Affiliate Customer Discount Codes assigned to you and arrange for any due commissions to be paid to you as per the terms defined in Section 4 Payment.
7.0 Disclaimer of warranties
NO WARRANTY. PMP makes its services available on an 'AS IS' basis and makes no warranty as to its use or performance. PMP does not express or imply any warranties or representations in respect of the PMP Affiliate Scheme or an affiliate's potential to earn income from our program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event will PMP be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever or any consequential, indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings, even if a PMP representative has been made aware of the possibility of such loss, damages, claims or costs or for any claim by any third party.

9.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
